Winner of three 2010 Tony Awards including Best Choreography (Bill T. Jones) & Produced by Jay-Z & Will Smith, the original new creation ‘FELA’ comes direct from Broadway to the National Theatre this November.

A provocative & wholly unique hybrid of dance, theatre & music, ‘FELA’ explores the extravagant, decadent & rebellious world of Afrobeat legend Fela Kuti. Using his pioneering music, an irresistible fusion of West African rhythms, funk & jazz & his most captivating songs with Bill T. Jones’ visionary staging, ‘FELA’ reveals Kuti’s controversial life as an artist & political activist.
