COOKERY MASTERCLASS at LA CUCINA CALDESI – Mediterranean Tapas Course

Tapas are not so much a distinct cuisine as a way of eating. Tapas are unpretentious, colourful small morsels of Spanish food & are all about variety. Simple to prepare & cook this is the perfect food to enjoy with friends & family. It is the ideal food for entertaining if you're rushed off your feet all day & the last thing you want to do is slave in the kitchen after work.

The day starts with welcome coffee/tea & biscotti on arrival followed by an introduction to the cookery course given by the chef & an explanation about the menu. Everyone will then divide into groups & prepare a selection of 6 different Spanish tapas dishes.

La Cucina Caldesi is the only Italian cookery school in central London & it aims to provide a uniquely Italian cooking & eating experience in a relaxed & intimate atmosphere, encouraging a very hands-on approach to learning with plenty of opportunities to taste the dishes throughout the class. Individual recipe packs are provided for each guest & La Cucina Caldesi aprons for use during cooking.

Once all the cooking is done everyone will sit & enjoy the tapas they have made accompanied by 2 glasses wine/beer.
