GOLF & SPA WEEKEND BREAK at THE EAST SUSSEX NATIONAL GOLF RESORT & SPA

The East Sussex National Golf Resort & Spa, in the beautiful Sussex countryside, is a hidden treasure with uncompromising standards of luxury & impeccable levels of service. Both championship golf courses were designed by Robert E Cupp, one of Jack Nicklaus’s course architects, with major championship golf in mind & the club staged two European Opens playing host to some of the world’s leading players including Nick Faldo, Ernie Els, Vijah Singh, Colin Montgomerie, Jose Maria Olazabal, Nick Price & Ian Woosnam.

The Golf Academy has some of the finest practise facilities in Europe including a 13 acre driving range, with open grassed & covered bays, greenside & fairway bunkers, pitching & chipping areas, three putting greens & a championship standard three hole academy course.

The Health Club has a spectacular 20m pool complemented with a jacuzzi, steam room & sauna. Technogym equipment, including a 50-station gymnasium, offers a range of cardio vascular & resistance equipment & two further studios, one for spinning, one for aerobics, offer a variety of classes including pilates, boxercise & taichi.

You can let relaxation wash over you in the impressive Horsted Spa offering specialist body & beauty treatments. There are 9 treatment rooms, a heat experience where a sauna, a Moroccan Mud Rhassoul, a Salt Vapour Room & an Aroma Room have been provided, 2 invigorating Monsoon Showers, a 7 bed Relaxation Room plus a luxurious 20 metre heated indoor swimming pool with additional steam, sauna & Jacuzzi facilities.

For golfers, the weekend begins with coffee & bacon roll before 18 holes of golf on the West Course. At the end of the day you can relax in your delightful bedroom with breathtaking views across the course & South Downs. All rooms have air-conditioning, a wall-mounted flat screen LCD television, full Internet access, a hospitality tray, hair dryer, trouser press, still & sparkling mineral water. There is a wonderful lounge area & bar & dinner will be in the cool & stylish Hunningtons Restaurant, a perfect environment to relax, enjoy superb cuisine & take in the panoramic views.
