With international acclaim, the jazz impresario & his band have built up a strong following including the BBC’s Martin Longley. “Trumpeter Jay Phelps is an acrobatic solo displayer, cutting & fiery & certainly not afraid of extended bouts of self-expression,” commented Longley.
