Burns Night is the annual celebration of the Scottish poet Robert Burns' birthday & is traditionally celebrated with poetry, song & a hearty Burns Supper. Our celebrations will be at Albannach Scottish Bar & Restaurant, ideally located in Trafalgar Square.

Having been welcomed by a bagpiper we will enjoy a drinks reception of a whiskey cocktail or champagne. Once we are seated, the master of ceremonies will give a spirited rendition of the Selkirk Grace & then the meal showcasing the best of Scottish produce will begin. Burns’ Night would not be complete without haggis! Following a traditional piper piping in the haggis, a reading of the poet’s classic 'Ode to the ‘great chieftain o’ the puddin’ race’ & the ceremonial stabbing at the high table, we will enjoy a traditional haggis wi' bashit neeps an' champit tatties.

Once the feasting is over we can dance to the disco in the Club until the early hours. An awesome evening!
