Join us for Drinks & Live Music at the exclusive New York Bar at the Rubens at the Palace.

Opened last summer, the new and expanded New York Bar at the Rubens at the Palace promises a fun and memorable evening.

With Live Music scheduled from 7pm-11pm every night.

Equipped with a piano and stage, guests can expect a jazz bar atmosphere as well as an abundant supply of both whiskey and Champagne. Guests can sip on over 30 varieties of Champagne, such as Cristal and Krug Rose, many of which are available by the glass. In addition, there’s an astounding offering of 200 different whiskeys, which includes spirits from Scotland, Ireland and Wales as well as more unconventional locations such as Japan, Taiwan and Italy

A signature of Mrs Tollman, Red Carnation Hotels’ the Bars can be found in several of the company’s properties around the globe. Inspired by the timeless appeal of leopard print, the centrepiece of the Bar at the Rubens is the Bronze Leopard Structure, sculpted by Donald Greig, which is complemented by leopard print accents in the form of soft furnishings. Cosy and intimate, guess can settle into soft brown leather armchairs for an evening of live music and delicious drinks in the wood panelled bar.
