Head chef William Ortiz from Pisqu in Fitzrovia prepared a special menu to include sea bass ceviche, grilled seafood or their special Peruvian chicken marinated in dried chillies and Andean herbs. To follow you can choose to finish of your meal with their signature Amazonian chocolate mousse with Matcha ice cream.
